The weather in the Himalayas can be unpredictable, and flights to or from Lukla are often delayed or cancelled due to weather changes.
This trek requires an excellent level of fitness and mental preparation.
Lodges along the trek are simple and offer basic facilities. Hot water and electricity may not always be available, and Wi-Fi in some locations can be unreliable.
Travelers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
