Embark on an awe-inspiring journey to scale Chulu West Peak at 6,419 m, a test of courage and determination that rewards with unparalleled vistas of the Annapurna range.
Traverse the formidable Thorong La Pass at 5,416 m, a thrilling feat that prepares you for the ultimate ascent and fills your spirit with the resilience to conquer any obstacle ahead.
From the summit of Chulu West, be greeted by the glorious panorama of the Annapurna range, its snow-capped peaks stretching across the horizon.
The best view comes after the hardest climb. Stand at the top of Chulu West Peak (6,419 m) and enjoy breathtaking views of Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and Tilicho Peak. As one of the most challenging peaks in the Annapurna region, Chulu West can be seen from all the major trails of the Annapurna Circuit, including Thorong La Pass. This trip is one of the most famous climbing expeditions in the Annapurna region. Unlike other treks, it begins with a drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar. From Besisahar, the trail leads you straight into the Manang valley. Explore the valley and get insight into the lifestyle, culture, and traditions of the local people. The best season for Chulu West Peak climbing is March to May and September to November. If you dream of conquering a Himalayan peak, this trip can make your dream come true.
