• Legal compliance — To comply with Nepali tourism regulations, immigration requirements, and trekking permit applications that require traveler passport details.

• Government authorities — Passport and visa details are shared with the Nepal Department of Immigration, the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation, and other authorities as required for trekking permits, TIMS cards, and park entry permits.
• Hotels and lodges — Your name and nationality are shared with accommodation providers along the trekking route as required by Nepali hotel registration law.
• Guide team — Your dietary requirements, medical conditions, and emergency contact information are shared with your assigned lead guide for safety purposes.
• Email delivery — We use Resend (a transactional email service) to deliver booking confirmations and inquiry responses to your email address.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We do not use any advertising networks or retargeting services on our website.

• Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Deletion — Request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
