Tamang Heritage Trek is the cultural trekking package taking trekkers to the village of Lama/Moktan/Tamang community of Nepal at Langtang Region. Tamang Heritage Trek itinerary is similar to Langtang Valley Trekking as well as the Ganesh Himal Base Camp Trekking. It is pristinely Shangri – La adventure to observe the stupendous nomadic lifestyle of Lama Origin of people. It is considered as the land of snow leopard there is every chance to witness the red panda as well on the trail. The natural hot water spring on second day at Tatopani offers the revitalization opportunity to the trekkers. Briddim Home Stay offers the staged authenticity. The stroll around the dotted rhododendron forest and historical forts make it diversified cultural trekking in Nepal as well. The Rasuwagadhi is the most legendary and historical fort of Nepal. Day 01 - Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345meters). Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 - Pre-trip Meeting and Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 - Drive to Syabru Bensi (1400meters) 8hour. Overnight at tea house.
Day 04 - Trek to to Gatlang (2,200m/7,217ft.) 5 hours. Overnight at tea house.
Day 05 - Trek to Tatopani (2607m/8550 ft) 6 hours. Overnight at tea house.
Day 06 - Trek to Thuman (2,400m/7,874 ft) via Brimdang and Nagthali 6 hours. Overnight at tea house.
Day 07 – Trek to Briddim (2,345m/7,693 ft): 6 hours. Overnight at tea house.
Day 08 - Trek to Lama Hotel (2470m) 6 hours. Overnight at tea house.
Day 09 - Trek to Langtang Village ( 3200meters) 5 hour . Overnight at tea house.
Day 10 - Trek toKaynjing Gompa (3950meters) 5 hour . Overnight at tea house.
Day 11 - Kaynjig rest day and hike to Langsisa Kharka or Glacier langtang -lirung or hike to Tsherko ri (5000M). Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 - Trek back Lama Hotel (2400meters) 6 hour . Overnight at tea house.
Day 13 - Trek to Syabru Bensi (1400meters) 5 hour. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14 - Drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 15 - Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.

Guest houses were very good and the food excellent.
Had a great trek to EBC with Mountain Hawk in March 2012. Badri was our excellent guide and Niraj our porter. Everything was organised so well and our safety came first. Guest houses were very good and the food excellent. I recommend Mountain Hawk to anybody.
