Training & Preparation for Mountain Expeditions
Climbing an 8000m peak requires many months of physical training, mental preparation, and technical skills. We recommend doing a good cardiovascular fitness program, strength training, altitude adaptation exercises, and technical climbing before your expedition.
As beginners who work their way toward an 8000m peak, we suggest the way toward Everest and other high-altitude summits should start small with smaller Himalaya peaks (6000m-7000m) for the necessary experience.
