    Itinerary Outline

    Day 01- Drive to Soti Khola (710 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 02- Trek to Machha Khola (900meters) 5.30 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 03 – Trek to Jagat (1410 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 04 – Trek to Ngyak (1950 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 05 – Trek to Ghap (2050 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 06 – Trek to Lho (3200meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 07 – Trek to Samagompa (3500meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 08 – Trek to Samdo (4500meters) 5 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 09 – Acclimatization and exploration day. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 10 – Trek to Dharamashala (4500meters) 5 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day  11 – Cross Larkya La (5215meters) and trek Bhimphedi (3590meters) 7 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 12 – Trek to Tilje (3900meters) 5 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 13 – Trek to Chamje (1725meters) 5 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 14 – Drive back to Kathmandu by bus. 7 hours. Overnight at hotel.

    Day 15 – Transfer to international airport for your final departure.

    Price Includes

    • Stander meal Lunch , Dinner,and Breakfast and Tea house accommodation during the trek.
    • A government licensed English speaking Guide during the trek, required number of porters, their food, accommodation, salary, insurance, equipment and a general first aid kit.

    Is this trip right for you?
    • There is a genuine risk of being affected by Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) as this trip includes one or more overnight stays over 4500meters.
    • All the travelers under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
    • You’ll be moving up for up to 8 hours a day, at altitude over 3800m. So, it requires excellent fitness.
    • Hot showers will be available in some villages while in other places you’ll use a simple bucket shower and most of the toilets are in local squat style and shared.

    • Light cotton socks for under wool socks( take quite several pairs of these too. Better to carry some extra weight rather than spend the whole time washing socks)

    • Goggles or sunglasses ( with spare)
    • Thermal Long underwear (take quite a few pairs. Although the weather may be cold one tends to sweat a lot)

    • Flash light ( with spare batteries)
    • Walking stick. (company also provide or you can buy in Kathmandu)
