    Overview

    Walk through the jaw dropping beautiful forests, rivers and flora and explore the Manaslu Region. The Manaslu trek is one of the best treks in Nepal and takes you around the Manaslu Conservation Area where you get the breathtaking view of eighth highest Mt. Manaslu in the world. This trek also takes you through a relatively off-the-beaten remote path to the beautiful landscapes, fierce white water river falls and dense forests to Manaslu Mountain. It can be a great alternative if you already been to Annapurna Base Camp. The trek begins with a drive to busy market town of Soti Khola, going up and back along a different path ending in Chamje.
    Manaslu Circuit trek is not quite as high as Annapurna Circuit but very adventurous and really is a stunning and less trodden path. Moreover, the glacial river Budi Gandaki and diversified, multiethnic villages along with the grassy meadows to green lush forests as adobe to unlimited animals and birds make this trip the splendid holiday in Nepal. The crossing of the high passes and numerous suspension bridges provide full proof thrill while Tibetan to hilly people bring compassion inside you.

    Day 03 – Drive to Soti Khola (710 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 04 – Trek to Machha Khola (900meters) 5.30 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 05 – Trek to Jagat (1410 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 06 – Trek to Ngyak (1950 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 07 – Trek to Ghap (2050 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 08 – Trek to Lho (3200meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 09 – Trek to Samagompa (3500meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 10 – Trek to Samdo (4500meters) 5 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 11 – Acclimatization and exploration day. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 12 – Trek to Dharamashala (4500meters) 5 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 13 – Cross Larkya La (5215meters) and trek Bhimphedi (3590meters) 7 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 14 – Trek to Tilje (3900meters) 5 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 15 – Trek to Chamje (1725meters) 5 hours. Overnight at Tented Camp.

    Day 16 – Drive back to Kathmandu by bus. 7 hours. Overnight at hotel.

    Day 17 – Leisure day in Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.

    Day 18 – Transfer to international airport for your final departure.

    Is this trip right for you?

    • There is a genuine risk of being affected by Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) as this trip includes one or more overnight stays over 4500meters.
    • All the travelers under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
    • You’ll be moving up for up to 8 hours a day, at altitude over 3800m. So, it requires excellent fitness.
    • Hot showers will be available in some villages while in other places you’ll use a simple bucket shower and most of the toilets are in local squat style and shared.
