Drive to Lanatang Valley from Kathmandu that stuns you with wild and serene views of massive snowcapped peaks to beautiful glaciers. Discover surprisingly verdant midlands and stay in villages to immerse yourself in Tamang culture and connect with locals. All this, and we haven’t mentioned the panoramic views of mountain vistas and prestine landscape that we can see during the trek. This trek itinerary takes you to an altitude of 4000m and if you want to go higher, you’d not want to miss seeing the sunrise from Tserko Ri at 5000m. The villages in this valley were destroyed during the April 2015 earthquake. The people of this region are slowly coming to normalcy and your mere visit can become enormous foundation for them to rise again. This trek is perfect for adventurous and active traveler looking for something different that lies well of the tourist trail.
Day 01 – Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345meters). Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 – Pre-trip Meeting and Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 – Drive to Syabru Bensi (1400meters) 8hour. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 – Trek to Lama Hotel(2400meters) 6 hour. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 – Trek to Langtang Village ( 3200meters) 5 hour . Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 – Trek toKaynjin Gompa (3950meters) 5 hour . Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 – Kaynjin rest day and hike to Langsisa Kharka or Glacier langtang -lirung or hike to Tsherko ri (5000M). Overnight at hotel.
Day 08 – Trek back Lama Hotel (2400meters) 6 hour . Overnight at hotel.
Day 09 – Trek to Syabru Bensi (1400meters) 5 hour. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 – Drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11 – Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
Note:- Tight fitting, figure-hugging clothing, such as those made with Lycra can often be offensive to locals, especially on women. If you find these items comfortable as a base layer then please pack something to wear over the top of them.
