Paragliding
Paragliding in Nepal can be a truly wonderful and fulfilling experience for the adventure seeker. A trip will take you over some of the best scenery on earth, as you share airspace with Himalayan griffin vultures, eagles, kites and float over villages, monasteries, temples, lakes and jungle, with a fantastic view of the majestic Himalaya.
Gliding is a weather dependent sports and the flying season in Nepal commences from November through February, the best months being November and December. The takes off point for these flights is Sarankot (1592m.), which also offers prime views of Fewa lake and mountains at sunrise and sunset (provided the skies are clear) and the landing is by the Fewa lake. No previous experience is required as qualified pilots provide a short briefing before launching.
Tandem Flights
Tandem flying involves a pilot flying with a passenger. Both of them have separate harnesses that are attached to each other and the wing. Paragliding harnesses are built for comfort and safety, they feel more like an armchair.
After take-off the passenger just sits back, relaxes and takes in the epic scenery. Even taking pictures is not a problem. Paragliders can foot launch and gently foot land again and are very portable. We can take them anywhere and fly from most mountains in Nepal.
Annapurana Panorama Flights
We take a 20 min jeep ride from Pokhara uphill to Sarangkot viewpoint 2000ft above Lakeside. Thisis where we take off. From here we can see three highest mountains in the world. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Manaslu, all over 8000m. We offer 3 types of tandem flights from here. Which are given blow.
Cloud Buster
This midday flight gives you the thrill of high flight as we thermal up above Sarangkot in the company of eagles and vultures, 20 - 30 min.

Cross Country
This flight is designed to give you the chance to experience flying from one valley to another.

Acrobatic Flying
The biggest shot of adrenaline in the Himalayas! See what our world class acro pilots can do with a wing as you loop, spin and spiral through the air.

Thank you Prem for your guidance and hospitality on my trip around the Himalaya.
