Day20- Trek to Namche Bazaar (3480 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Guesthouse.
Day21- Trek to Lukla (2795 meters) 6 hours. Overnight at Guesthouse.
Day22- Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu in the morning. Overnight at hotel.

The Arun valley provides really superb views of both Mt. Everest and Mount Makalu.
We recommend this approach to those people who have already been in the Everest region and want to revisit Everest Base Camp (Kalapattar) via a less traveled route.
Tumlingtar to the East of Everest, the first week is spent trekking through virgin territory into the Solu Khumbu region.
