Nepal has more than a thousand mountains that are over 6,000 meters high, making it a mountain trekking and peak summiting paradise. With so many majestic mountains to choose from, Nepal offers both novice and experienced mountain trekkers and mountain climbers the ultimate mountain adventure experience. Whether you choose to enjoy the majestic Himalayas from the foothills of the Annapurna range, set your sights on trekking to Everest Base Camp, or have your heart set on summiting one of our imposing mountains, your efforts will be rewarded with stunning scenery, an unrivaled sense of personal self-achievement, and membership in a select group of adventurers who realized their dreams in the magical Himalayas!
We organize mountain trekking and mountain climbing itineraries suitable for physically fit beginner mountaineers. We provide the necessary gear and personal training and instruction, allowing beginners to experience the thrill of mountain climbing and ice climbing. We also design itineraries specifically catering to experienced mountaineers. We take the utmost care to ensure that each mountain trekking and mountain climbing group comprises people of similar physical abilities, and with shared aspirations and goals for their Nepal mountain adventure.
We organize treks and summit expeditions to all 33 peaks permitted by the NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association).
We strive to make all our expeditions eco-friendly. We leave nothing behind but our footprints, and take nothing away but new friendships and life-changing memories.
The best time for mountain trekking, climbing and summiting is the spring and autumn.
Great beer guide around Kathmandu
I trekked to EBC in January 2012 with Prem as our guide. What a fantastic bloke he is, brilliant guide, ensures that food at guest houses is tip top and also a great beer guide around Kathmandu on our return.

Best Trekking company in Nepal
Our guide Prem Pandit (Managing Director / Owner of Mountain Hawk) was outstanding from the time we booked with Mountain Hawk over the internet to the time we flew out of Nepal. He provided immediate responses to any questions we had over the internet.

Annapurna Circuit in May
it was great while we were there together on the mountains etc. All in the same boat and as they say that sinking feeling but we were adamant and were keen on not letting the ship drown and carried on and persevered and eventually we saw light at the end of the tunnel - literally - we reached muktinath -a very holy place for buddhists and hindus alike !!!
